Payments in the e-Shop are made through the PAYSERA payment system. With the PAYSERA payment system, your financial information is completely secure and private, and after each payment made by PAYSERA, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the payment has been credited.

BANK TRANSFER

You can make a transfer to the account specified by us. After the payment is made, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the payment has been credited.

RULES FOR PURCHASE AND SALE

The Buyer shall undertake to pay for the order within two calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The preparation of the parcel starts only after receiving the payment for the goods. After receiving the order and payment, we will send the parcel within 1-2 working days. If the Buyer fails to make the payment within two calendar days, the order will be cancelled.

1. When the Buyer orders goods in the e-Store, registration is not necessary, but for the proper execution of the order it is necessary to provide such personal data as name, surname, e-mail, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number and other data specified in the order.
2. The Buyer’s personal data specified in Clause 1 shall be collected and processed for the purpose of electronic commerce (concluding the Contract, processing orders for goods, issuing financial documents, resolving issues related to delivery and transfer of goods, fulfilling other contractual obligations).
3. The personal data (e-mail address) of the Buyer and other visitors of the www.jugo.lt website are collected and processed for the purposes of direct marketing in case the Buyer, when ordering the goods, ticks the box that he agrees to receive direct marketing offers, and others www.jugo.lt visitors website indicate their e-mail address in the “Newsletter” section. The Buyer and other visitors to the jugo.ltwebsite shall have the right to revoke their consent to the Seller to process personal data for the purposes of direct marketing at any time by submitting a corresponding notice to the Seller.

1. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Rules at any time by publishing the amended Rules on the e-Store website. The amendments shall become effective upon publication and are effective for all post-publication transactions.
2. The characteristics of each product sold are indicated in the description provided in the e-Store next to the respective product. The Seller shall not be responsible if the goods in the e-Store do not match the actual colour, shape or other parameters of the goods due to the features and/or settings of the monitor used by the Buyer.
3. The Purchase and Sale Contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded and shall enter into force from the moment the Buyer, having formed the Shopping Cart in the e-Shop, having provided the delivery address and other necessary data, having selected the payment method and having familiarized himself with the Rules and confirmed his consent therewith, clicks the “Confirm Purchase” link.
