Delivery of goods

DELIVERY RULES

  1. Usually, the goods are delivered to the Buyer at the address indicated by him: in Lithuania within 1 – 3 working days; to other countries within 3-10 working days. The Buyer agrees that, exceptionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of the goods may be delayed, but in any case, the goods must be delivered at least within thirty calendar days. In this case, the Seller will immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the deadline for the delivery of the goods. The term for the delivery of goods begins to run after the Seller receives the Buyer’s payment for the goods and delivery services thereof.
  2. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for delay in delivery of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered belatedly due to the Buyer’s own fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.
  3. The goods are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday, at a time agreed with the Buyer in advance.
  4. Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, the goods are transferred to the Buyer or to any other person at the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer confirms his understanding that any person at the delivery address indicated by the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer’s representative) will be considered a suitable person to accept the goods.
  5. At the time of delivery, the Buyer (Buyer’s representative) together with the Seller or Courier who delivered the goods (depending on the case) must check the condition of the consignment (whether the consignment packaging is not crumpled, wet, torn or otherwise externally damaged), assortment, quantity, and quality. Upon noticing any damages of the appearance of the consignment and/or goods, discrepancies in the assortment and/or quantity of goods, the Buyer (Buyer’s representative) must note this in the confirmation of delivery of the consignment (VAT invoice, bill of lading or other similar documents) and to draw up a free-form act of damages/discrepancies of the shipment and/or goods and sign it together with the Seller or the Courier. Damages/discrepancies recorded during the transfer of goods shall be eliminated in accordance with the procedure and terms agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.

    Home delivery EUR 5.50. Free of charge (orders over EUR 100)
    Estimated delivery time 1-3 working days
    European countries (3-10 working days, depending on the country)
    The price of the consignment depends on the country.
  1. Picking up at the OMNIVA terminal
    Delivery to OMNIVA terminal EUR 2.50. Free of charge (orders over EUR 100)
    Estimated delivery time 1-3 working days
